Day 1 Part 2

So, settled and fed, we headed away from our hotel in the centre of Rio Cuarto to San Ignacio Church where we took part in the Sunday morning service. This was a wonderful experience for all concerned an was a joint service with the San Ignacio Singers. Our students received such a warm welcome from the local community and this service was made even more special because of the visit of Old Georgian Alfie Miles, who lives in Rio Cuarto and regularly attends the church. Our junior students sang so well and were so warmly received. After lunch at 'Johnny B Good' students were treated to an afternoon of activities organized by Cass students at San Ignacio School. These included, quizes and a treasure hunt leading our students to a fantastic cake tea.....
After evening Pizza, all students and staff were asleep by 11pm, totally worn out by their experiences but having enjoyed a great day. See below for selected highlights so far...............
